This week, we build on our progress from last edition to make an animated short story. If you missed the last edition, go catch up now, and come back to this one!
Done? Alright, let’s begin:
4. Animating the visuals
Have you heard of Leiapix? It’s a simple image to animation convertor that takes an image and gives it a basic parallax effect. It’s awesome!
Click on “Upload”, and add your image. Then watch as Leiapix does its magic.
It has a simple interface and simple controls which allow you to change the style and intensity of the animation. You should try it out, it’s great!
So with this tool, we convert all our images into parallax animations and move on to the next step.
5. The Voiceover
AI tools have gotten incredible at text to speech (TTS). This capability is at its peak when using tools like Eleven Labs which literally allow you to clone someone’s voice.
We will be using something way more benign. Natural Reader allows you to input any text and get a natural voice output for the same. All you have to do is copy paste the text and hit the “Play” button!
Thus, we have our voiceover ready to go!
6. The Music
Now the thing with this category is, that try as I might, I was unable to find a good and free AI generated music application for us, dear reader. And so, I went to the best source of free music on the planet. The Youtube Audio Library.
All that’s left is to pick the right track and we can get editing!
This edition has also gotten long enough for Substack to warn me that it’s too big for your inbox. So join me next week as we conclude this epic saga and reflect on the journey of creating with AI.
To be continued…
