Hello, I’m back after 5 months! I was away due to some efforts that took my attention away from Future Telescope. Now, I will be sharing this newsletter twice every month, with some cool AI art at the start of the month, and updates on developments in the world of AI in the middle of the month.

As I come back to writing this newsletter on a topic so close to my heart, as I reflect on all the progress that this field has made in the last 5 months that I’ve been away, as I think about the fact that I started writing to you just 11 months ago, I can’t help but feel thankful for your presence, and energized to restart this newsletter!

On with the show.

1. Delicate Diver

I like to think that this diver is standing on the sea floor of an ancient planet whose sea floor has started rusting.

2. Extraterrestrial

This is probably the surface of that planet and the diver from above is inside this sea.

3. The Future Whispers In My Ear

I once had this feeling of a giant me from the future whispering in my ear while I meditated. That’s what I tried to capture here.

4. I Choose Healthy Food

I just love the rustic feeling of this image.

5. Out On A Trip

AI is just so good at capturing the intricacies of psychedelic art.

6. Out For A Walk

I would like to adopt a dog that looks like this some day.

8. The Purest Love In The World

I just made this one because I was missing Mom.

9. Is That Me I’m Looking At?

An attempt to capture a four dimensional space, reminds me of MC Escher drawings!

10. Emerging

Bonus: What Am I Made Of?

I chose no. 5 instead of this one because I wasn’t going for an Arcimboldo style, but I still wanted to include this one somehow. So here you go! This piece has such visual depth and harmony of colors, and the shapes are so mind-bending that I’ve been staring at it for hours.

Conclusion

The AI Art Showcase series is my favorite part of writing Future Telescope. As I create more and more images to explore the capabilities of AI art, picking the top 10 is usually the most difficult part.
